They had a trainer style I wanted to buy again, but in a different colour, it was also a very good price and eventually, after some toing and froing of questions, I did get an extra 10% off for my first order! So despite the previous communications, all worked out fab. I have yet to wear them, but I've had this style for 15 months worth of running, I am confident they will be just as good. The sole base does get little stones stuck in them, and I have moved to the countryside, with small lanes and rugged footpaths. The point of the trainer is to give good impact absorption, with it's holey design, but if you get a stone stuck in there, it needs to come out asap, cos you can feel it.

Ordered a product that stated 4 in stock. Received an email to say that the item had been dispatched. Only to receive another email 4 days later saying the item is out of stock in the warehouse.

The product was not delivered, but it was supposed to have been delivered.
After receiving an email from the shipping company asking me to investigate, there was no contact with them.
What happened after that? I emailed them and asked them to send me a picture of the item if there was anything wrong with the item that I received.
Is this an amateur job or did they just steal my money?

Very speedy delivery. Informed me when order had been dispatched. Great that there was absolutely no plastic in the packaging.

I had to call customer services to chase why my order was late, turns out it got shipped with their international courier. Have now called 3 times to chase where my order is with promise they will get back to me. I leave a few days and still hear nothing so I have to call to chase again. Couriers losing items can’t be helped, but good customer service can.

Really easy and straightforward purchase from Blackleaf. The item arrived within the week, nit bad considering it came from Europe. Even when I had an issue with the delivery address, a quick phone call sorted it out, no problems.

First time ordering from Black Leaf as found they stocked a jacket I was after for a good price.
Order placed and delivered within few days. No issues. Very happy.

Don't buy anything from them they are thieves!

They have several fake websites! And only one item for all sites and when an item is sold at the same time.
I called on legal Paypal, they made a promise of reimbursement but once the package was received they refused so that it would come back in order not to pay and that I would be out of the legal deadline with paypal!

J'ai fais appelle a Paypal juridique, ils ont fait une promesse de remboursement mais une fois le colis recu ils ont refusé afin qu'il revienne en retour pour ne pas payer et que je sois hors delai juridique avec paypal !
